Exprress accepts three payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment.
Security – All credit card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Your card information is encrypted using SSL technology and is never stored on our servers. PayPal transactions follow PayPal’s own security protocols.
Currency – All prices on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). You will be charged in USD. Exprress does not charge any foreign transaction fees, but your bank or PayPal may apply their own fees.
Billing address – The billing address you provide must exactly match the address on file with your credit card or PayPal account. Mismatched addresses may cause delays or order cancellation.
Payment verification – For fraud prevention, we may contact you by phone or email to verify certain orders. Please ensure your contact information is current.
Failed payments – If your payment fails, you will receive a notification. You may try a different payment method or contact your bank. Your order will not be shipped until payment is successfully completed.
Refunds – Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. After we process the refund (within 1–2 business days of receiving the return), your bank typically takes 7–10 business days to credit the funds. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
