Exprress ships only to the contiguous United States (the 48 lower states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or any international addresses.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- Delivery time: After processing, 3–5 business days within the continental US.
- Shipping cost: Free for all orders. No minimum purchase required.
- Carriers: We use multiple reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional couriers). The carrier for your order is assigned automatically based on your shipping address and package details.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in that case. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but occasional carrier delays may occur.
